Title: Assistant Director of Fitness Programs

How I Support Student Health and Wellness: I strive to offer a wide variety of fitness classes over the course of each semester. I enjoy creating an accessible and inclusive environment geared towards supporting each student’s unique health and wellness journey. I am also a great resource for general fitness questions and to help connect students further to their health and wellness through Group Fitness, Personal Training and more!

Professional Interests: I enjoy strength training and attending Group Fitness classes at the Barnes Center at The Arch!

Educational Background: I earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Syracuse University in 2019. I am currently working towards a master’s degree in nutrition science at Syracuse University. I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am a first degree black belt in Karate. I also hold instructor certifications in Advanced Kettlebell Training (Living.Fit), Indoor Cycling (National Exercise Trainers Association), Yoga Foundations (National Exercise Trainers Association), Escape Move-It, and the American Red Cross Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), First Aid and Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
