Therapeutic Style: My therapeutic style emphasizes integrating a person-centered approach with cognitive-behavioral and values-based therapies to best attune to the needs and experiences of each student I work with. I aim to create a strong, collaborative and comfortable space where students can address their needs and build tools to navigate challenges.

Professional Interests: I am interested in identity development, the multiracial experience and life transitions. Incorporating culture and how this shapes a person’s experience is an integral part of my approach as well. I am passionate about supporting students experiencing anxiety, depression, academic stress, family and relationship concerns, discrimination and marginalization.

Group and Liaison Roles: I have experience leading skills-based groups focusing on racial stress and developing coping strategies for anxiety.

Educational Background: I am a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology at the University of San Francisco (USF). I obtained a master’s degree from USF and hold a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of California, Merced.
