Therapeutic Style: I utilize an integrated approach to therapy, incorporating techniques from cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, motivational and person-centered lenses to best fit the needs of each student. Additionally, I strive to create a warm and collaborative environment by meeting students where they are through each stage of their process. My aim is to guide students in increasing their awareness of their own strengths, insight and progress toward goals.

Professional Interests: My professional training has given me the opportunity to work with individuals in college counseling, private practice and community mental health environments. My areas of professional interests include complex trauma, anxiety and adjustment, depression, relationships and interpersonal difficulties, and identity development. I also enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ and gender-expansive students.

Group and Liaison Roles: I currently co-facilitate the Neurodivergent Skills Group and BIPOC Undergraduate Student Process Group. I am also a member of the Sexual and Relationship Violence Response Team and Gender Affirming Care Team at the Barnes Center at The Arch.

Educational Background: I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in clinical psychology from Marywood University. I also hold a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Marywood University. Throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies, I have gained experiences connecting with clubs and organizations to develop impactful and psychoeducational student events.
