Through peer connections and conversations surrounding a variety of topics, the Barnes Center at The Arch offers Group Counseling opportunities, including the Options Prevention Group and Options Recovery Group.

Recovery is a holistic process involving multiple Dimensions of Wellness. The Options Recovery Program and other partnering resources encourage students to explore a variety of Wellness Leadership Institute workshops. Highlighted workshops include Alcohol Safety 101 and Narcan and Opioid Training.
