Golf and Tennis

For the 2022-2023 academic year, full-time undergraduate Syracuse University and SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) students with a valid college I.D. have access to free golf and loaner golf clubs.

  • Rounds of golf and loaner golf clubs are available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Sunday-Saturday: 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Play 9 or 18 holes.
  • Golf carts are $40.
  • A bucket of balls for the driving range is $6.
  • Valid student I.D. must be presented in the Golf Shop prior to each visit.
  • Maximum group size is four players.
  • There are no beverage coolers allowed on the course.

Golf Lessons

Students may schedule golf lessons for a nominal fee by calling 315.446.5580 or visiting the Drumlins Country Club website.

For the 2022-2023 academic year, full-time Syracuse University and SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) graduate students with a valid college I.D. are eligible to purchase a Graduate Student Golf Play Pass. Passes may be purchased by visiting Drumlins Country Club in-person or by calling 315.446.4555. Please note, payment is due in full at time of purchase.

  • Graduate Student Golf Pass Option One Unlimited West Course Golf: $200
  • Graduate Student Golf Pass Option Two Unlimited West Course Golf Plus Cart: $400
  • Free loaner golf clubs are available on a first come, first served basis.

Reservations are recommended and can be made up to three days in advance by calling Drumlins Country Club at 315.446.2323. Please note, availability may be subject to academic breaks, club events and more.

  • Ball machine use is $10 per hour and must be reserved at time of court reservation.
  • Free of charge, tennis racquets are available to borrow.
  • Guests of a valid student I.D. holder may participate in tennis activities for $15 per visit.
  • Non-marking court shoes are required.
  • Reservations may be made up to three days in advance.
  • Reservations are limited to one hour and thirty minutes.
  • Courts are limited to four players per reservation.
  • Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Instructional Tennis Clinics

  • Thursday: 8:30-10 p.m.
  • Class sizes are limited; please register by 3 p.m. the day of the clinic.
  • Please note, there must be at least three individuals registered to host a clinic.
  • Please reserve clinic space by calling Drumlins Country Club at 315.446.2323.

Independent Tennis Play – Open Court

  • Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:30-11 p.m.
  • Saturday: 4-6 p.m.
  • Please reserve court space by calling Drumlins Country Club at 315.446.2323.

Independent Tennis Play – Same Day Reservations

  • Tuesday: Noon-3 p.m., 9-10:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday: Noon-2 p.m.
  • Thursday: Noon-3 p.m.
  • Sunday: 6-8 p.m.
  • Please reserve court space by calling Drumlins Country Club at 315.446.2323.
