Therapeutic Style: I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy and motivational interviewing. My approach is collaborative, goal-focused and values-based, with an emphasis on building insight and identifying steps toward meaningful change.

Professional Interests: My professional interests include working with adolescents and young adults experiencing concerns related to depression, anxiety, adjustment, identity development and interpersonal difficulties. My research examines interrelations between health behaviors (e.g., sleep, substance use) and mental health across adolescence and young adulthood, with additional interests in identifying and preventing health disparities among sexual and gender minoritized youth.

Educational Background: I am currently a fourth-year clinical psychology doctoral student at Syracuse University, where I also earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in psychology.
