Therapeutic Style: My therapeutic style combines motivational interviewing, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I approach my work through a strengths-based and collaborative perspective, creating a supportive space that encourages self-reflection and fosters personal growth.
Professional Interests: My professional interests include spirituality, research to promote executive function skills and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) research.
Group and Liaison Roles: I co-facilitate the Anxiety Skills counseling group.
Educational Background: I received a bachelor’s degree in human development and a master’s degree in educational psychology and methodology from the University at Albany. I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in the school psychology program at Syracuse University.
