Chase Hollander, M.A.

Chase Hollander portraitTherapeutic Style: My therapeutic approach is often integrated, one of collaboration and empathy, and uses practices that work to meet people where they are at. During therapy we gain greater awareness, exploring and discovering the unique challenges and aspects that encompass a person’s life, and learn together about the ways we are navigating the world around us. While addressing specific areas of growth, we are also continuously aiming the process towards personal growth and values-oriented actions.
