Therapeutic Style: My theoretical orientation is eclectic, integrating skills from evidence-based treatments including Motivational Interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and psychodynamic modalities. I take a collaborative, goal-focused and skills-based approach, aiming to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can build coping strategies and work towards their personal goals.

Professional Interests: My professional interests include working with college-aged students and emerging adults, with a particular focus on substance use concerns, adjustment challenges and identity development. I am also interested in integrated behavioral health interventions that address mood and sleep disturbances, as well as tailoring evidence-based approaches to promote overall well-being in diverse populations.

Educational Background: I am currently a fourth-year doctoral student in clinical psychology at Syracuse University. I earned a master of arts in psychology with a concentration in mental health and substance use counseling from The New School for Social Research. I also hold a bachelor of arts in psychology with a minor in counseling from Villanova University.
