Therapeutic Style: I take an integrative, student-centered approach to therapy, drawing from person-centered, cognitive-behavioral and motivational techniques. I strive to build a warm, collaborative and affirming environment where students feel seen, heard and empowered. Whether students are navigating academic stress, identity development or personal challenges, I aim to support their growth with compassion, cultural sensitivity and a strengths-based lens.
Professional Interests: My professional background includes experience in college residential life, community-based support programs and health-focused environments. I am particularly interested in working with students experiencing anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration and trauma-related concerns. I am also passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ and gender-expansive students, and fostering spaces where all identities are welcomed and affirmed.
Group and Liaison Roles: I’ve helped organize educational events focused on mental health, diversity and wellness, and I enjoy connecting with students through outreach and peer-based support spaces.
Educational Background: I earned a B.S. in health and exercise science and am currently pursuing an M.S. in clinical mental health counseling at Syracuse University.
