How I Support Student Health and Wellness: I support health and wellness by conducting both in-person and telephone triage, as well as performing travel health assessments for students traveling outside the U.S. I also provide a supportive environment that promotes overall wellness.
Professional Interests: My professional interests include promoting safer sexual health practices to prevent sexually transmitted infections (STIs); one-on-one consultations where students can ask questions and discuss concerns about their sexual health; provide health assessments to catch potential health issues and promote preventive care; and administering specialty injections and providing travel health recommendations, including necessary vaccinations.
Educational Background: I graduated with an associate’s degree from St. Joseph’s School of Nursing and have over 30 years of nursing experience.
Hobbies and Interests Outside of Work: Spending time with family.
