U Got This! Online Training

This is an annual sexual and relationship violence prevention training requirement for returning students.

Beginning in summer 2023, all returning full-time undergraduate students (i.e. sophomores, juniors, seniors), enrolled for the fall semester are required to complete the Continuing Community Wellness Requirement annually. Students within traditionally part-time and online degree programs are not required to complete this training.

Ongoing education is an important tool in maintaining a welcoming, supportive campus environment. That’s why, in addition to the many existing efforts that educate, inform and raise awareness about sexual and relationship violence, Syracuse University is launching a new annual required online training to expand opportunities for students to learn more about preventing sexual and relationship violence and provide a refresher on relevant policies and resources.

The Continuing Community Wellness Requirement builds upon the existing required sexual and relationship violence prevention training all incoming students complete in their first year at Syracuse University. This training aligns with recommendations made by the Chancellor’s Task Force on Sexual and Relationship Violence to expand ongoing training on these topics. This annual requirement will launch effective Summer 2023 for all returning full-time undergraduate students enrolled each fall semester.
