Please note, a Health Care appointment may first be required to determine if a Health Care Referral is needed. Following, the Barnes Center at The Arch may provide one of the following referrals.
- Health Care Appointments: The Barnes Center at The Arch may offer referrals in addition to medical transportation services to specialists in the Syracuse area.
- Allergy Shots: Please note, the Barnes Center at The Arch does not provide allergy shots. Upon request, the Health Care team may make a referral and organize transportation to a local provider.
- After-Hours or Advanced Medical Treatment: Students may be referred to appropriate medical partners within the Syracuse community. This may include hospital emergency rooms and/or specialists. Referrals for outpatient specialty care can be made as needed for evaluation and/or management of more complex medical conditions.

- Insurance Card
- Local Address
- Schedule Availability
- Transportation Needs
