No later than the next business day, you will be contacted by a Syracuse University Case Investigator who will ask additional questions and share further direction.
Isolating
Please isolate in place and follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines until you are contacted by a Syracuse University Case Investigator. Please note, contacting will be hosted during Barnes Center at The Arch Health Care operation hours and you may not be contacted until the next business day. Additional actions to take include the following.
- To the extent possible and until contacted by a Syracuse University Case Investigator (this may be the next business day), remain in your residence hall room or bedroom.
- If you must leave your room for any reason wear a tight fitted N95, KN95 or surgical mask, and wipe down commonly touched surfaces with a disinfectant.
- Begin notifying those you have been in close contact with.
- If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency or you are in immediate danger, call 911.
