Blossom into a healthier you this season with our Spring into Fitness challenge! From March 17-April 16, explore and enjoy at least three different fitness class formats of your choice. Whether you’re a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, this challenge is meant to broaden your horizons!
All participants will earn a T-shirt! Those who complete this year’s challenge will be entered to win a FITNESS PRIZE PACK.
To complete this challenge, you’ll need to attend three different formats of Group Fitness Classes.
Strength Classes: A.B.C., Full Body Sculpt, Learn to Lift, Lift and EmpoWer: Women on Weights Series, Lift With Pride, Step by Step, The Strength Zone, Total Body Strength or TRX.
Yoga/Pilates Classes: Barre, Foundations of Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Pilates Sculpt, Power Yoga, Serene Flow Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Flow, Yoga Sculpt or Yoga’lates.
Dynamic Classes: Aqua Body Strong, Bollywood Dance Fitness, Boxing 101, CuseCycle, High Fitness, Spin the Beats or Zumba.
Keep track of the different classes you have attended with your punch card. You can pick one up from any drop-in fitness class you attend. Once completed, turn in to Reighan Alston in the Barnes Center at The Arch office to obtain your T-shirt. The grand prize winner will be contacted via email to obtain the Fitness Prize Pack.
Join us for a day hiking at Taughannock Falls! Taughannock Falls State Park’s namesake waterfall is one of the outstanding natural attractions of the northeast. Taughannock Falls plunges 215 feet past rocky cliffs that tower nearly 400 feet above the gorge. Gorge and rim trails offer spectacular views from above the falls and from below at the end of the gorge trail.
Follow along to the beat of the music in this high-energy spin class. These choreographed moves in combination with spinning on a stationary bike will entertain you and make you sweat!
