‘Cuse Activities is an online community that facilitates connection between students and student organizations. The portal includes information about clubs and organizations you can join, when they meet, and events for you to browse. For student organizations, ‘Cuse Activities centralizes administrative processes like applying for budgets, as well as provides a place for leaders to manage their organization and membership.

From the mobile app or a web-based experience, ‘Cuse Activities is free, convenient and helps users connect with Recognized Student Organizations and find events to connect with other students. Using ‘Cuse Activities
- Visit the ’Cuse Activities portal.
- Select the ‘Sign In’ button on the top right corner.
- Enter your SU NetID (without the @syr.edu) and password.
’Cuse Activities is accessible to all Syracuse University/SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) students, faculty, and staff.

Please note, individuals will not receive notifications until they enable notifications within the app.
- Log in to the ’Cuse Activities portal.
- Click on your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner.
- Select Edit Account or the Pencil Icon from the dropdown menu.
- Review the available notification options and select your preferred preferences.
- Log in to the ’Cuse Activities portal.
- Find and save your QR code.
- Select your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen (it may display your first initial if you do not have a profile picture).
- Select the blue QR code in the top left corner of the menu.
- Screenshot the Event Pass that appears, add it to your digital wallet or print the event pass. All of these options will still scan as expected.
- Attend and enjoy free campus events!
Recognized student organizations (RSOs) must submit an Event Submission Form through ’Cuse Activities for review and approval prior to hosting an event.
- Log in to the ’Cuse Activities portal.
- Navigate to the Organizations tab.
- Select your organization from the list of memberships.
- Once on your organization’s homepage, click the Events tab.
- Select the “Create Event” icon.
- Complete all required fields and upload any requested supporting documents.
- Submit the form for review.
Important Reminders
- Event Submission Forms should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event date.
- Incomplete submissions may delay the review and approval process.
- Additional approvals may be required depending on the nature of the event (e.g., contracts, food, performances, large-scale events, etc.).
- Organizations must wait for final approval before publicly advertising an event.

- Log in to the ’Cuse Activities portal.
- Select the Organizations tab from the main navigation menu.
- Use the search bar to search for an organization by:
- Organization name
- Keywords or interests
- Categories or topics
- Log in to the ’Cuse Activities portal.
- Select the hamburger icon in the top left corner of the screen.
- Select the Forms tab from the navigation menu.
- Use the search bar to search for relevant forms by:
- Form name
- Keywords
- Categories or topics
Campus Labs Event Check-In Instructions

- Sign in to the app using your SU NetID (without the @syr.edu) and password.
- Enter your unique event code (located under “Manage Event”).
- Start the session.
- Begin Scanning event passes!
- Tap “Check-In” to confirm the attendee.
