Space Allocation is the process of creating the schedule of events for the upcoming semester. Space Allocation requests are open to all funded Registered Student Organizations including Greek chapters. Non-funded event requests will be scheduled at the conclusion of the space allocation process.
Space Allocation is not a strictly first come, first serve process. There are many metrics that are used to assign space. Before making a request, please check out the submission calendar below to check for possible conflicts with other organizations’ that have already made their first choice date requests.
