Events are open to all undergraduate students.
Both our late night and daytime events require tickets. Tickets will be available online through the Student Box Office My Tickets Portal two Mondays prior to the event. There is a limit of one ticket per student. Individual event information is available on the Syracuse University Events Calendar.
The ticketing system helps us track the attendance at each of our events, which helps us better estimate the supplies and space we’ll need if we host the same event next semester/academic year.
No, we do not require attendees to use the transportation we provide. You can arrange your own transportation, but you should be aware of the following.
- You will still need to bring your ticket and Syracuse University I.D. to the off-campus venue. We will check your ticket and swipe your I.D. at the event.
- The event start time listed on flyers and on the website is the time when buses depart campus in order to get us to the venue at our planned time. If you travel separately, please consider this when you plan your evening.
Please reach out to the Student Events and Activities team within a minimum of two weeks in advance of the event to discuss options with staff. Email stactivities@syr.edu and request the Student Events and Activities Team specifically.
If you encounter any issues, you can contact the Student Box Office at boxoffice@syr.edu. Please do not contact Student Events and Activities as we cannot assist with ticketing issues.
- Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the purchaser only.
- Students are limited to purchasing one ticket per event.
- Discounts are not offered.
- Please email stactivities@syr.edu if you are a faculty or staff member who is interested in bringing a group of students to an event or activity as part of a University-sponsored program. In the email, please include the event name and the specific number of students. Requests will be explored on a case-by-case basis.
