Purchasing Tickets

Tickets are just a tap away when using the Student Box Office My Tickets Portal hosted by MyProVenue. Within this convenient digital platform, users may quickly obtain tickets for campus events. Additionally, this portal provides the opportunity to store tickets and quickly enter events by displaying a barcoded ticket on a mobile device.

Please note the following:

  • During the first ticket purchase, individuals will be prompted to create an account.
  • Discounted tickets are only available to accounts using a Syracuse University email address.
  • Tickets will only be available for sale digitally.

Accessing the Student Box Office My Tickets Portal

Upon your first visit to the My Tickets Portal, users will be prompted to create an account. Once the account is created it may be used throughout your time with Syracuse University and/or as a member of the community.

All Students, Syracuse University Faculty and Staff

  1. On the My Tickets Portal login webpage, select “Create Account.”
  2. When completing this page, ensure that you provide your Syracuse University email address. Failure to do so may result in incorrect ticket pricing (preventing eligibility for exclusive offers) and duplicate user accounts. Please note, this is different from your SU NetID and password.
  3. Once complete, please read and agree to the “Terms and Conditions” by checking the box. To complete the creation of your account, please click “Sign Up.”
  4. To access available event information, please click “Continue.”

Community Members, SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) Faculty and Staff

  1. On the My Tickets Portal login webpage, select “Create Account.”
  2. Populate the required fields. Once complete, please read and agree to the “Terms and Conditions” by checking the box.
  3. To complete the creation of your account, please click “Sign Up.”
  4. To access available event information, please click “Continue.”

Please note, ticket sales are only available through the My Tickets Portal.

  1. Log into the My Tickets Portal.
  2. Click the event you would like to attend.
  3. Adjust the number and type of tickets you would like to purchase. Then click “Add To Cart.”
  4. Confirm your purchase details are correct, enter payment information and review any required information.
  5. To complete your transaction click “Place Order.”
  6. Your digital ticket will be available within the “My Tickets” section of the portal.

Failure to use a Syracuse University email address when creating an account may result in incorrect ticket pricing (preventing eligibility for exclusive offers). Please note, this is different from your SU NetID and password.

Please note, offers may vary per student, faculty/staff and community members. If your account is associated with a Syracuse University email address and you are unable to access exclusive offers, (e.g. you are a student and your account is ineligible for student ticket pricing), please contact the Student Box Office directly via email at boxoffice@syr.edu.

Attendees may present event tickets in printed or digital form. Upon arriving to the event, tickets will be scanned prior to entering. Please note, each ticket hosts an individual barcode and may only be scanned for entry once. Entry will be denied if a ticket with the same barcode that has been previously scanned is presented.

  1. Log into the My Tickets Portal.
  2. In the top right corner, click the three horizontal lines and then click “My Tickets.”
  3. Click “View Tickets.”
  4. Click the ticket information bar that shows “Section GA.”

  1. Open the ticket purchase confirmation email.
  2. Click “Or print ticket(s) here.”

  1. Log into the My Tickets Portal.
  2. In the top right corner, click the three horizontal lines and then click “My Account.”
  3. Click “User Profile” and the pencil icon to edit account contact information.

  3. Click “Payment Info” and then “Add New Payment Method.”
  4. Individuals may also update existing information or delete a credit card previously saved.

  3. Click “Change Password” and follow the prompts.

Contact information for requesting accommodations per individual event is located within the purchasing workflow.

  1. Log into the My Tickets Portal.
  2. Click the event you would like to attend.
  3. Access “Event Details” within the orange event title banner and by clicking the circle with an “i.”
  4. This will generate a pop-up box containing the event specific contact for accommodation requests.
