Spring New Student Orientation (Spring NSO) is Syracuse Universityโ€™s required orientation program for students new to campus in the spring semester. This includes transfer, first-year and Discovery students new to campus in spring 2025. For questions or to request accommodations, please contact the New Student Programs team.

Parents, Families and Supporters joining their student during New Student Orientation are invited to attend select sessions. All parents, families and supporters are encouraged to leave campus by Noon, Saturday, January 11, 2025.

Campus offices will be open during New Student Orientation (January 10-12, 2025) to accommodate the needs of new and returning students. All offices are open on Friday, Jan. 10, 2025 from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11 and Sunday, Jan. 12 hours are below.
