Moving in

New students and Discovery students living on north campus (domestic and international) may begin moving in on Friday, January 12, 2024, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Some things to consider as you plan your move-in.

  • Proceed directly to residence hall.
  • Moving bins will be available at the main desk once you complete your check-in. Check-in includes receiving room key and I.D. Card.
  • Move-in will be "unassisted" and will be up to the student and family/supporters to physically move-in student belongings.
  • Winter Welcome Student Check-in will take place in Panasci Lounge at Schine Student Center on January 12, 2024, 2-4 p.m. Students should make arrangements to check-in for Winter Welcome during this time.

New students and Discovery students living in South Campus Apartments should report to Goldstein Student Center to check-in for their apartment between 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Once check-in is completed, students, families and supporters may proceed to their apartment and begin moving in. Some things to consider as you plan your move-in.

  • Check-in at Goldstein Student Center includes receiving keys and I.D. Card.
  • Move-in will be "unassisted" and will be up to the student and family/supporters to physically move-in student belongings.
  • Winter Welcome Student Check-in will take place in Panasci Lounge at Schine Student Center on January 12, 2024, 2-4 p.m. Students should make arrangements to check-in for Winter Welcome during this time.

Commuter students should proceed to Housing, Meal Plan, and I.D. Card Services to pick up their I.D. Card. Commuter students may continue to explore campus and proceed to Panasci Lounge in Schine Student Center between 2-4 p.m. to check-in for Winter Welcome.
