Joshua Seguí-Rodríguez joined the Student Experience Division in January 2023, as the executive director of intercultural engagement. In this role, Seguí-Rodríguez provides leadership to the Intercultural Collective (119 Euclid, Disability Cultural Center, LGBTQ Resource Center and Multicultural Affairs) and Center for International Services, and helps advance divisional diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) initiatives.

Seguí-Rodríguez joined the University after serving as a senior policy associate with the Latino Policy Institute. Prior to that, he was the director of Brown University's Center for Students of Color, as well as interim director of the Multicultural Student Services Center at the University of Rhode Island.

He received a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and a juris doctorate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
