- Center for Disability Resources (CDR): Free support for students who require disability accommodations and advocacy (temporary or permanent).
- Center for Learning and Student Success (CLASS): Free academic course group tutoring, learning skills training and academic coaching.
- Syracuse Abroad: Syracuse University’s study abroad program opportunities include application advising, grants and financial aid for study abroad programs.
- Syracuse University Libraries: Services range from borrowing books and technology, to learning how to research. Campus libraries also provide a place to connect and study.
- The Math Clinic: Free math tutoring.
- The Writing Center: Free one-on-one writing consultation for papers and assignments.
- Career Development Resource Library: An online catalog of career resources available to all students, including VMock, GoinGlobal, LinkedIn Learning, Big Interview and more.
- Career Services: Career counseling and resources.
- ’Cuse Works: Student employment opportunities and resources.
- Handshake: Syracuse University’s centralized career management tool. As a free resource to students and alumni, Handshake hosts available internships, professional employment and professional development opportunities.
- Shaw Center: Experiential learning through community engagement.
- Housing, Meal Plan and I.D. Card Services: Housing assignments and concerns, meal plan selection, and I.D. services and replacements.
- Office of Financial Aid and Scholarship Programs: Student loans, financial need, grants and scholarships.
- Office of the Bursar: Tuition bills, payment and refunds.
- Office of the Registrar: Official transcripts and issues with course registration.
- Barnes Center at The Arch: The home for counseling, health care, health promotion, pharmacy and recreation services.
- Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) Student Success: Supports the academic achievement, multicultural competence, social development, civic engagement and retention of students from historically underrepresented racial and ethnic groups. Also be sure to check out the Barner-McDuffie House and 113 Euclid.
- Center for International Services: Visa inquiry, I-20 or DS-2019 travel signature/extension, Optional Practical Training (OPT)/Curricular Practical Training (CPT), change of visa status, English language partners and international student organizations.
- Community Standards: Resolution of alleged violations of the Student Conduct Code, and education on bias and allyship.
- Counseling: Free one-on-one counseling for anxiety, depression, homesickness and other mental health issues.
- Department of Public Safety (DPS): Crime and fire prevention, safe-escort services, emergency management and lost-and-found.
- Disability Cultural Center (DCC): Social, educational and cultural activities focused on disability issues.
- Hendricks Chapel: A student-centered global home for religious, spiritual, moral and ethical life and student needs.
- LGBTQ+ Resource Center: Support and education around marginalized genders and sexualities and the complex intersections of identities.
- New Student Programs: Focused on new transfer and first-year students, and providing additional resources for first-generation students, including a list of faculty and staff that identify as first-gen for you to connect with.
- Office of Equal Opportunity, Inclusion and Resolution Services: Ensures that the University complies with laws pertaining to accommodations, access, sexual and relationship violence, discrimination and harassment.
- Orange Safe App: A free app that provides a number of tools designed to keep students safe. With Orange Safe, users can stay connected and receive important campus notifications, communicate with campus safety and gain access to safety resources.
- Retention and Student Success: Offers support to identify and remove barriers towards graduation, and provides programs to support students with staying on track.
- Student Living: Information about residence halls, learning communities and off-campus living.
- Student Outreach and Support: Offers holistic and integrated student support, as well as managing and supporting student behavior cases and medical leaves of absence.
