Case managers in Student Outreach and Support work to address the needs of students who are impacted by sexual assault, relationship violence and other forms of gender-related bias through a variety of interventions, referrals, advocacy and follow-up services. Case managers provide support to all students involved in University processes, including the University Student Conduct Process and all Title IX-related concerns, as well as providing supportive measures, explanations and follow up. Case managers may also act as procedural guides for students involved in Title IX University processes. Contact Student Outreach and Support at 315.443.4357 (HELP) for more information and to discuss support services offered.
Please note, Student Outreach and Support case managers are not confidential resources. For 24/7 confidential support, advocacy and discussion of reporting options, contact the Sexual and Relationship Violence Response Team at the Barnes Center at The Arch by calling 315.443.8000.
