Motolani Oladitan

Motolani Oladitan, originally from Nigeria, joined Syracuse University’s Office of BIPOC Student Success in 2023 as the Coordinator of Mentoring Programs. In this role, she oversees the Dimensions Mentoring Program, dedicated to supporting the social development, academic achievement, and overall well-being of self-identified women of color at Syracuse University.

Motolani earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Syracuse University, where she also served as a mentor and intern for the Dimensions Mentoring Program during her undergraduate years. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in program coordination and mentoring, which she now applies to her current role.

Outside of work, Motolani enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, listening to music and trying new restaurants.
