Chad Williams joins the Student Experience Division as the executive director of intercultural engagement. Chad is a dedicated advocate for closing the educational achievement gap. With his expertise in change management, strategic planning and student success, he has consistently developed policies and practices that promote educational equity and deliver transformative outcomes. His efforts have notably increased graduation and retention rates at every institution he has served. In his role as executive director of intercultural engagement, Chad is committed to advocating for and supporting every student. He aims to provide all necessary resources to help students thrive academically, professionally and personally. Chad is dedicated to advancing Syracuse University’s mission by fostering the development of students who excel in academics, character and social responsibility.
