Meriel Stokoe joined the Center for International Services as coordinator of events and activities in 2022. Originally from the United Kingdom, Meriel earned a bachelor’s degree in archaeology from the University of Nottingham and a master’s degree in museum studies from Leicester University. She has worked in museums in both the UK and USA and loves programming and planning events.
During her time in Syracuse, she has worked as the education director at the MOST and faculty fellow in the Museum Studies Program at Syracuse University. When not working, Meriel enjoys visiting museums and spending time outdoors with her family and Chocolate Labrador, Max.
