Fall 2022 Check-In and Arrival

Please review the Required Tasks webpage for complete details before accessing campus. Follow the steps below to complete your Commuter checklist.

  1. Pick up your SU I.D. Card. After you have Submitted your SU I.D. Card Photo, you may pick up your SU I.D. Card from Housing, Meal Plan, and I.D. Card Services at 111 Waverly Avenue during business hours.
  2. Purchase and Pick Up your Parking Permit. Commuter students are allowed to have a car on campus if parking is available. Learn about Parking Permits today!
  3. Attend Syracuse Welcome Events. All new students must attend Syracuse Welcome, Syracuse University’s required orientation program. Review the Syracuse Welcome schedule today!
  4. Complete New Student Checklists. There are several optional tasks you may need to complete to ensure you are off to a good start during your first semester. Explore the New Student Checklists today!

Transfer Student Off-Campus Housing

For students seeking off-campus living options, there are a number of rental units available in the Syracuse University area.
