Juan serves as Director of the Center for International Services since July 2019. He earned a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education at Michigan State University where he was a member of the varsity swim team. He has worked in higher education roles for over 30 years serving at six different universities both private and public. He enjoys meeting with students and helping international students in their adjustment to life in the US and you can usually find him swimming laps at the Rec Center pool a few times per week.
