The University Village Apartments (UVA) are located adjacent to South Campus apartments. They offer fully furnished four-bedroom apartments, each with individual bedrooms, bathrooms, full kitchens, air conditioning, and in-apartment washers and dryers. The complex offers free parking  in the UVA lots. Some units within UVA are part of Student Living, Resident Advisors connected to Student Living, and are included in South Campus programmatic indicatives.
