South Campus Apartments
South Campus at Syracuse University is home to over 2,400 students living in apartment style housing. While there are six unique neighborhoods for the apartments, they are split into two groups in regards to layout and location.
Chinook Dr., Farm Acre Rd., Lambreth Ln., Small Rd., and Winding Ridge Rd. are collectively called “Skytop Apartments” and consist of two and three bedroom layouts. Slocum Heights consist of one or two bedroom apartments. View layout specifics.
The apartments on South Campus are managed through a collective effort of Student Living and the Housing, Meal Plan and ID Cards Services Office- South Campus. General assistance is available in 206 Goldstein Student Center, and questions about apartment assignments, lockouts/keys and mail can be addressed in 210 Goldstein Student Center.
Skyhalls
A short bus ride from main campus, the Skyhalls provide a tight-knit community experience and a genuine home away from home feel. The Skyhalls is conveniently located near Goldstein Student Center, Tennity Ice Rink, and numerous outdoor spaces.
The Skyhalls are a first year and transfer student community made up of approximately 180 students who reside in three residence halls. Amenities in the hall include a main desk that handles all incoming mail, laundry facilities on each floor, and community lounge space.
The rooms in the Skyhalls are all open, doubles and detailed floor plans are available online.
