- From Water We Rise and Thrive: Join the Barnes Center at The Arch tonight at 8 p.m. for a special Black History Month event, From Water We Rise and Thrive, to explore the history of swimming in the Black community and the culture’s complex relationship with water. By the end of the event, attendees will have a general understanding of the history of swimming for the Black community within the United States, and basic swimming and rescue skills for those with minimal swim experience. All are welcome.
- Orange Barbell’s 1,000 Lb. Challenge: Compete in Club Orange Barbell’s 1,000 Lb. Challenge! Participants will attempt to achieve a combined total of 1,000 lbs. for men or 500 lbs. for women across the squat, bench press and deadlift.
