Shelley's case management approach has always been the \"People do not care how much you know until they know how much you care\" by Theordore Roosevelt. It is important for her to show care wrapped up in knowledge.\u00a0\r\n\r\nShelley sung the national anthem at a Syracuse Chiefs now known as Syracuse Mets game years ago.\r\n\r\nShe is a proud mother of three beautiful children, and a recent collector of 9 office plants in which she has named and showers with love. Shelley loves meeting new people and traveling the world.\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Regardless of the reason, Katie takes pride when given the opportunity to connect with a student. She understands there can be (many) varying factors with a student seeking support. Therefore, she aims to avoid situating a student in isolation from family, peer, and institutional context.\u00a0\r\n\r\nKatie lived and worked at a local university in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE) - and Dubai was just a drive away!\u00a0\u00a0\r\n\r\nPssst....just a friendly reminder: \"If the mountain was smooth, you would not be able to climb it.\"<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Sue is here to help students work through challenges, connect with the right resources, and build the confidence to advocate for themselves along the way.\r\n\r\nShe is a mom to two college age kids and two dogs, and learning to fully embrace the empty nester life.\r\n\r\nSue's Favorite Quote: \"Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible!'\" \u2014 Audrey Hepburn<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Sarah's goal is always to be a friendly first point of contact for anyone reaching out to the office and helping to connect students with a case manager for support. \r\n\r\nSarah enjoys spending time with her family, especially taking trips to Cape Cod, one of her favorite places from childhood that has now become her daughters' favorite place to visit. \r\n\r\nAs a proud mom of two wonderful daughters, Sarah enjoys volunteering at their schools, especially with their musicals as well as cheering them on at their athletic events!<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Wil take a compassionate, student-centered approach\u2014meeting students where they are, helping them navigate challenges, and identifying practical next steps.\r\n\r\nWil once lived in Honolulu, Hawaii, and it remains one of his favorite places.\r\n\r\nHe enjoys fishing and photography, especially when he can share those experiences with his son.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
