Procedural Advising

In collaboration with Community Standards, Student Outreach and Support provides students with access to procedural advisors to assist students involved in the University Student Conduct Process. Procedural advisors are trained, volunteer University students, faculty and staff.

Students who are facing a potential violation of the Code of Student Conduct will be required to meet with Community Standards to discuss the incident. A procedural advisor is available to attend any meeting with Community Standards with a student for support.

Students wishing to connect with a procedural advisor can find more information by visiting the Community Standards website.

Additional questions or concerns regarding procedural advisors may be directed to Student Outreach and Support by emailing case managers or calling 315.443.4357 (HELP).
