{"id":376,"date":"2021-01-29T04:12:37","date_gmt":"2021-01-29T04:12:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ese-tst.syr.edu\/studentcenters\/?page_id=376"},"modified":"2024-11-13T19:34:22","modified_gmt":"2024-11-13T19:34:22","slug":"timelines","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/experience.syracuse.edu\/student-engagement\/reservations\/timelines\/","title":{"rendered":"Timelines"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Please consider the following timelines when making reservations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registrar Spaces\/Classrooms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Three (3) business day processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannot be requested until all academic classes for the upcoming semester have been populated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<hr>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Student Centers Meeting Rooms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Three (3) business day processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can be requested for any future date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<hr>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Student Centers Event Spaces<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Three (3) week processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please see space allocation and exception process for timeline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reservation requests made less than three (3) weeks prior to the event date will be denied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<hr>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Student Center Tabling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Three (3) business day processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can be requested for any future date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<hr>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outdoor Spaces (Quad, Einhorn Family Walk Tabling, Quad Chalking, Grassy Knoll)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seven (7) day processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can be requested for any future date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have inclement weather plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Events and programs that require services such as safety, public safety and\/or specific technical requirements, or any gathering defined as an event or program, must be requested at least 15 days prior to the event.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please consider the following timelines when making reservations.
