The purpose of RSO Re-Registration is to ensure organizations are informed of current policies and procedures, have updated their \u2019Cuse Activities portal information, and are prepared for the upcoming academic year. All steps outlined below must be completed by the re-registration deadline established by the Student Engagement office. Organizations that successfully complete all requirements by the deadline will maintain their recognized status and remain eligible to operate as an RSO throughout the academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The requirements of re-registration have been updated to equip students with necessary information and updates.&nbsp; Please review the steps below.&nbsp; If you have any questions, email <a href=\"mailto:stactivities@syr.edu\">Student Engagement<\/a> and a staff member will respond as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fall 2026 re-registration opens on Sunday, August 23rd and closes on Friday, September 11th at 5:00 pm.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Re-Registration Process<\/h2>\n\n\n<div role=\"region\" class=\"accordion\">\n      <div class=\"accordion-item border border-gray-light\">\n      <div class=\"accordion-header-text\">\n        <h3 class=\"margin-bottom-0\">\n          <button class=\"accordion-header full-width background-gray-light-30 border-0 margin-0 padding-top-2 padding-bottom-2 padding-left-3 padding-right-3\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            Update and Renew \u2018Cuse Activities Portal            <div class='accordion-toggle icon-right' class=''>\n              <i class='icon-chevron-right'><\/i>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/button>\n        <\/h3>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class='accordion-content'>\n        <ul>\n<li>Each organization must submit their re-registration form on<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cuseactivities.syr.edu\/\">\u2018Cuse Activities<\/a>.\u00a0 Access the form under the \u2018Organizations\u2019 tab, then select &#8220;Register an Organization&#8221; and searching for your organization. You can also<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/syracuse.campuslabs.com\/engage\/register\">access the &#8220;Register an Organization&#8221; tab here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The membership list must be updated to include all current members and remove or reclassify any non-members into the appropriate group (e.g., \u201cAlumni\u201d). Per the <a href=\"https:\/\/experience.syracuse.edu\/student-engagement\/student-organizations\/rso-handbook\/\">RSO Handbook<\/a>,<strong> all RSOs are required to maintain a roster of at least eight active members in order to remain recognized by the Student Engagement office.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The Advisor Terms and Conditions Agreement must be completed. This agreement is automatically linked to your advisor\u2019s \u2019Cuse Activities account.
