The number for the Skyhalls RA on-call is posted in the Skyhalls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Important information regarding package delivery for South Campus apartment residents:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Note: To help reduce chances for package loss\/theft, the Department of Public may place packages in your apartment entryway if they observe them in front of your apartment. When doing so, DPS will knock first and have their body camera turned on to record their entry to place your items inside your front door. After placing the item(s) inside your entryway, DPS will close and secure your front door.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n All South Campus mail <\/span>is<\/span> delivered directly to your apartment<\/span> by all major carriers.<\/span> United States Postal Service (USPS) packages<\/span> that cannot fit in <\/span>your<\/span> assigned mailbox<\/span> are placed in the parcel locker in the same mailbox cluster where your mailbox is located. To access the locker, a key will be placed in your mailbox to open the parcel locker. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n Mail for South Campus apartment residents goes in your mailbox. If you don’t know where that is or do not have a mailbox key, please contact the Housing Office at 315.443.2721<\/a> or housing@syr.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Packages shipped via private vendor (e.g., UPS\/FedEx\/DHL), as well as packages that do not fit in the parcel lockers in your mailbox cluster, will be delivered directly to your doorstep.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are missing a package or believe your package was delivered incorrectly or stolen, contact the business that you purchased the item from or the carrier directly.
