Program development and promotion focuses on experiences that impact students\u2019 sense of belonging, community engagement and personal responsibility\/self-reliance.&nbsp; Students are permitted to move off campus after fulfilling the <a href=\"https:\/\/housingmealplans.syr.edu\/residential-facilities\/terms-and-conditions\/\">two-year housing requirement<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contact Off-Campus Residential Living<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The team\u2019s goal is to help off-campus and commuter students have a positive living experience, be engaged in the campus and surrounding communities, and gain skills in independent living.
