class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To build your own unique Welcome Week schedule, you are encouraged to do the following.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Set Up Your Calendar:<\/strong> Ensure your Syracuse University Email calendar (i.e. @syr.edu) or Google Calendar (whichever you prefer) is set up on your mobile device. We recommend getting comfortable with your Syracuse University Email calendar through Microsoft Outlook as this is what faculty, advisors and staff will use to connect and schedule meetings with you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Access School\/College Schedules:<\/strong> Navigate to the &#8220;<strong>Welcome Week | School and College Schedules<\/strong>&#8221; section and select your specific school or college.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add Required Events:<\/strong> Add all &#8220;Required Events&#8221; to your preferred calendar. To determine if an event is required or optional, open each event within the Events Calendar (after selecting your school\/college). The event description will specify its requirement status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Explore and Add Events<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/events.syracuse.edu\/welcome-week\">The University Events Calendar<\/a> will have every event happening on or around campus.
