O<span>ffices and departments who use a physical time clock will continue to do so. Supervisors will continue to approve time as usual.<\/span><\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n      <div class=\"accordion-item border border-gray-light\">\n      <div class=\"accordion-header-text\">\n        <h3 class=\"margin-bottom-0\">\n          <button class=\"accordion-header full-width background-gray-light-30 border-0 margin-0 padding-top-2 padding-bottom-2 padding-left-3 padding-right-3\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            How does TimeClock Plus round hours?            <div class='accordion-toggle icon-right' class=''>\n              <i class='icon-chevron-right'><\/i>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/button>\n        <\/h3>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class='accordion-content'>\n        <p>Clock-in and out rounding is based on six-minute increments (1\/10th hour rounding).<\/p>\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If a student clocks in between 7:57 a.m. and 8:03 a.m., the clock-in time will be rounded to 8 a.m.\n<ul>\n<li>If a student clocks in at 7:56:59 a.m., it will be rounded to 7:54 a.m.<\/li>\n<li>If a student clocks in at 8:03:01 a.m., it will be rounded to 8:06 a.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n      <div class=\"accordion-item border border-gray-light\">\n      <div class=\"accordion-header-text\">\n        <h3 class=\"margin-bottom-0\">\n          <button class=\"accordion-header full-width background-gray-light-30 border-0 margin-0 padding-top-2 padding-bottom-2 padding-left-3 padding-right-3\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            What happens if a student employee forgets to clock in or out?            <div class='accordion-toggle icon-right' class=''>\n              <i class='icon-chevron-right'><\/i>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/button>\n        <\/h3>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class='accordion-content'>\n        <p><span>A supervisor can manually enter the time in or out.<\/span><\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n      <div class=\"accordion-item border border-gray-light\">\n      <div class=\"accordion-header-text\">\n        <h3 class=\"margin-bottom-0\">\n          <button class=\"accordion-header full-width background-gray-light-30 border-0 margin-0 padding-top-2 padding-bottom-2 padding-left-3 padding-right-3\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            Can students enter notes in TimeClock Plus?            <div class='accordion-toggle icon-right' class=''>\n              <i class='icon-chevron-right'><\/i>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/button>\n        <\/h3>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class='accordion-content'>\n        <p>Student employees may enter notes regarding the details of their shift in TimeClock Plus.<\/p>\n<p>Instructions for students:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log into TimeClock Plus.<\/li>\n<li>Enter SU ID number and select clock-in.\n<ul>\n<li>Student must enter the note after clocking in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click on continue.<\/li>\n<li>Click on view.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the blue note and enter note.<\/li>\n<li>Click on add and enter note and select save.<\/li>\n<li>The blue paper indicates a note was entered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The notes will transfer to students PeopleSoft timesheet for supervisor review.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n      <div class=\"accordion-item border border-gray-light\">\n      <div class=\"accordion-header-text\">\n        <h3 class=\"margin-bottom-0\">\n          <button class=\"accordion-header full-width background-gray-light-30 border-0 margin-0 padding-top-2 padding-bottom-2 padding-left-3 padding-right-3\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            Will student employees continue to have access to the PeopleSoft timesheets to enter their hours?            <div class='accordion-toggle icon-right' class=''>\n              <i class='icon-chevron-right'><\/i>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/button>\n        <\/h3>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class='accordion-content'>\n        <p><span>Student employees will have view-only access to their hours in the current PeopleSoft timesheets. The clock would also error on the attempted clock operation.
