For several years, Camille has supported the University in various roles in the Office of Human Resources. Her efforts have served as a catalyst in campus wide student employment efforts. She is a two-time Syracuse alumna, earning a bachelor\u2019s degree in English and English education and a master\u2019s degree in organizational communication. \r\n\r\nCamille and her team have created and implemented \u2018Cuse Works: an innovative student employment model aimed at creating experiential learning opportunities and developing job-readiness skills.  Camille is working to expand student employment opportunities, implement training programs, and increase the support of student connections with on- and off-campus job experiences.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"abcfslItemCntrLst abcfslPadBMB30 abcfClrFix\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;\"><div class=\"abcfslLstCol abcfslLstCol-3 abcfslImgColLst\"><div class=\"abcfslImgCntrLst abcfslMLRPc\"><img decoding=\"async\"  src=\"https:\/\/experience.syracuse.edu\/cuseworks\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2025\/09\/small-icon-1-222x300.jpg\" style=\"padding-right: 15%; margin-bottom: 2rem;  margin-left: inherit;  margin-right: inherit;\" alt=\"Emily Zipprich Profile Picture\"  itemprop=\"image\"  \/><\/div><\/div><div class=\"abcfslLstCol abcfslLstCol-9 abcfslTxtColLst\"><div class=\"abcfslTxtCntrLst  abcfslPadLPc5\" style=\"padding-left: 0%;\"><h3 class=\"T-F1\">Emily Zipprich<\/h3><p class=\"T-F2\" style=\"font-weight: 700;\">Associate Director, Student Employment Services<\/p><p class=\"PT-F3\">Emily Zipprich is the associate director of student employment services, bringing over a decade of experience in higher education. She began her career at Syracuse University College of Law in 2011 and has since held roles in financial aid, student employment, and Syracuse Abroad. Most recently, Emily worked at Cornell University in the Office of Financial Aid and Student Employment. She now returns to Syracuse University to continue her commitment to student success.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nEmily earned her bachelor\u2019s degree from Montana State University in Bozeman and is dedicated to helping students navigate their college experience while fostering personal and professional growth.
