concern is needed, Community Standards may conduct an investigation as outlined in Part 6 of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/experience.syracuse.edu\/community-standards\/conduct-handbook\/\">Student class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students who have been involved in a bias-related incident will be managed following the protocols outlined in the Bias Incident Response section of the&nbsp;<a by Agreement occurs between a student and a conduct officer as outlined in Part 7 of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/experience.syracuse.edu\/community-standards\/conduct-handbook\/\">Student Conduct class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a student is unable to resolve their case through the Resolution by Agreement Process, a case will be forwarded to the Formal Hearing process as outlined in Part 8 of sexual misconduct, dating or domestic violence, stalking) will have their formal cases resolved through the processes and procedures outlined in Part 3 of the&nbsp;<a to appeal their outcome.
