They present information about the case in question and can call and question witnesses during the hearing, including the Respondent. Importantly, the Case Presenter is not a decision maker on whether you violated the Conduct Code, or the appropriate sanction(s) if you are.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n      <div class=\"accordion-item border border-gray-light\">\n      <div class=\"accordion-header-text\">\n        <h3 class=\"margin-bottom-0\">\n          <button class=\"accordion-header full-width background-gray-light-30 border-0 margin-0 padding-top-2 padding-bottom-2 padding-left-3 padding-right-3\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            Chief Student Experience Officer (CSEO)            <div class='accordion-toggle icon-right' class=''>\n              <i class='icon-chevron-right'><\/i>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/button>\n        <\/h3>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class='accordion-content'>\n        <p>The Chief Student Experience Officer of the University, designated by the Chancellor to oversee the Student Experience Division, which includes most aspects of the student experience. The CSEO serves as the final reviewer of all appeals in Conduct Code cases and approves the appointment of members of the University Conduct Board. They are also responsible for approving interim suspensions when necessary, selecting members of the Appeals Board, and reviewing students&#8217; requests to appeal a conduct decision.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n      <div class=\"accordion-item border border-gray-light\">\n      <div class=\"accordion-header-text\">\n        <h3 class=\"margin-bottom-0\">\n          <button class=\"accordion-header full-width background-gray-light-30 border-0 margin-0 padding-top-2 padding-bottom-2 padding-left-3 padding-right-3\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            Director of Community Standards            <div class='accordion-toggle icon-right' class=''>\n              <i class='icon-chevron-right'><\/i>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/button>\n        <\/h3>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class='accordion-content'>\n        <p>The University official designated with the management of the entire student conduct process, including bias education and response. This individual is responsible for supervision of the Community Standards staff, selection of conduct officers and University Conduct Board members, and ensuring every student is provided with a fair process and outcome. All parties, including the Complainant(s), Respondent(s), and witness(es) have the opportunity to present their full account of an incident, ask and answer questions, and present relevant evidence for consideration in determining if a violation of University policy occurred.
