Member Application

The Syracuse University Intelligence Community Center for Academic Excellence (IC CAE) program is open to all matriculated undergraduate and graduate students at Syracuse University. To become an IC CAE member, students must complete an online application and meet with IC CAE advisors. Program requirements include completion of one core course and two or more electives in specific subject areas, and participation in two IC CAE events and trainings each semester. Any Syracuse University or consortium partner school undergraduate or graduate student in any college, department or program can apply to Syracuse University’s IC CAE.

By becoming a member of the IC CAE, you will acquire enhanced knowledge of the Intelligence Community, as well as resources to prepare you for a career in the federal government.
