If a student has lab tests ordered by an outside provider, please call <a href=\"tel:3154438000\">315.443.8000<\/a> for assistance in finding a nearby lab service center.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Result Timeline: Laboratory results are available within 2-10 days, and students are notified of results via secure message on the <a href=\"https:\/\/experience.syracuse.edu\/bewell\/about\/patient-portal\/\">Patient Portal<\/a> or by phone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<hr>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Laboratory Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Laboratory participates with most insurance plans, including the Student Health Insurance Plan. Laboratory fees are separate charges from the Health and Wellness Fee. Full-time students who have paid the Health and Wellness Fee are eligible for one free annual confidential Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a copay and\/or fee is required past insurance processing, the Laboratory accepts the following forms of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cash<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SUper Card PLUS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Billing Students&#8217; Bursar\u2019s Office Account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Laboratory Services Please note, a Health Care appointment may be required to receive Barnes Center at The Arch Laboratory services.
