My approach is collaborative, goal-focused and values-based, with an emphasis on building insight and identifying steps toward meaningful change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Professional Interests:<\/strong> My professional interests include working with adolescents and young adults experiencing concerns related to depression, anxiety, adjustment, identity development and interpersonal difficulties.
