I meet students where they are and provide the skills and support necessary for them to foster growth and progress. I may offer skills from various therapeutic processes including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational and person focused therapy, as well as psychodynamic therapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Professional Interests: <\/strong>My clinical journey has allowed me to work in a variety of mental health environments including eating disorder treatment and college counseling centers, as well as private practice. My interests lay in supporting those dealing with disordered eating, anxiety and adjustment concerns, depression, relationships and interpersonal struggles, as well as processing trauma. I welcome any and all students into the counseling space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Educational Background: <\/strong>I earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in psychology from Clemson University in South Carolina with a minor in sociology.
