I take a collaborative, goal-focused and skills-based approach, aiming to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can build coping strategies and work towards their personal goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Professional Interests:<\/strong> My professional interests include working with college-aged students and emerging adults, with a particular focus on substance use concerns, adjustment challenges and identity development. I am also interested in integrated behavioral health interventions that address mood and sleep disturbances, as well as tailoring evidence-based approaches to promote overall well-being in diverse populations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Educational Background:<\/strong> I earned a bachelor of arts in psychology from Villanova University and a master of arts in psychology with a concentration in mental health and substance use counseling from The New School for Social Research.
