Although my therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I also draw from other relational approaches to counseling. I strive to meet students where they are and tailor my approach based on the needs of students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Professional Interests:<\/strong> My areas of professional interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationships, cultural adjustment and transition, identity development, Belonging and Student Success, immigrant and international student populations. Before joining Syracuse University, I worked in community mental health providing services to children and youth who experience sexual violence, abuse and neglect.
