Therapeutic Style:<\/strong> I utilize an integrated approach to therapy, incorporating techniques from cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, motivational and person-centered lenses to best fit the needs of each student. Additionally, I strive to create a warm and collaborative environment by meeting students where they are through each stage of their process. My aim is to guide students in increasing their awareness of their own strengths, insight and progress toward goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professional Interests:<\/strong> My professional training has given me the opportunity to work with individuals in college counseling, private practice and community mental health environments. My areas of professional interests include complex trauma, anxiety and adjustment, depression, relationships and interpersonal difficulties, and identity development. I also enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ and gender-expansive students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Group and Liaison Roles:<\/strong> I have experience facilitating skills-based groups aimed at reducing students’ anxiety and distress. Throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies, I have also connected with clubs and organizations to develop impactful and psychoeducational student events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Educational Background: <\/strong>I earned my bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s degrees in clinical psychology from Marywood University. I am a doctoral candidate in the clinical psychology Psy.D. program at Marywood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
